We've innovated the best new protein concentrator on the market. Our new concentrator provides:

• Industry-leading increases in platelet-derived growth factors, A2M, cytokines, fibrinogen, IRAP, and VEGF concentrations.
• Higher removal of water through patented new membrane material. This allows for best-in-class concentrations and larger amounts of desired proteins to be recovered during processing.
• Filters come primed to significantly increase recoverable volume, increasing retention of proteins that can be utilized in procedures.
• Pre-assembled connectors and caps to ensure increased sterility and improve convenience.
• Flexibility to not only produce a highly concentrated injectate of A2M, but also provide a PRP solution up to 14mL.

Scientific evidence points to A2M (Alpha-2-Macroglobulin) as the key to slowing the progression of osteoarthritis at the molecular level. A2M is a broad spectrum multi-purpose protease inhibitor (powerful chemical in destroying proteins that cause arthritis) that captures and inactivates the three major chemicals that lead to joint breakdown and cartilage damage. Once these bad chemicals are trapped by A2M, the body can then quickly eliminate them. It is also reported that A2M can act as a powerful anti-inflammatory and aid in pain management.

Research on IRAP (Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist Protein) has shown that it specifically prevents IL-1 from binding to its receptors, slowing the progression of osteoarthritis in joints.
